
Francesca Nardi
Francesca has been immersed in dance since the age of four, beginning her journey at a local school and continuing throughout her life. During the years she had the opportunity to meet and study with personalities such as Maestro Giuseppe Carbone and Carla Fracci. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science at university, Francesca studied dance in Ferrara and Ravenna, and began teaching ballet.

After completing a Master's in Science and Techniques of Motor Activity, she specialized in dancer-specific training, technique enhancement, and post-rehabilitation recovery. In 2018, Francesca relocated to Stockholm, where she earned a Master's in Coaching and Mentoring. Since then, she has dedicated herself to supporting dancers and athletes, particularly focusing on physical recovery and the treatment of eating disorders.

Francesca is also passionate about writing and storytelling. She collaborates as an author and ghostwriter with Book on A Tree Ltd.

Francesca joins The International Ballet School 2025 for our Recreational Line.
